<p>Puneti intr-o oala usturoiul, ceapa si sunca. Lasati-le sa se caleasca. Amestecati mereu sa nu se lipeasca, mai ales pana se topeste grasimea din sunca. </p>

<p>Salatata tocata se pune si ea in oala cu ceapa si sunca. Caliti-le pe toate 6 – 8 minute. Puneti si lingurile de otet. </p>

<p>Urmeaza laptele care e bine sa fie fiert in prelabil si racit. Eu am folosit si lapte direct din cutie. Lasati sa fiarba cateva clocote si inchideti ochiul aragazului. Asezonati cu sare si piper.</p>

<p>Turnati-le imediat ce ati inchis focul in ciorba si amestecati bine. Adaugati mararul verde tocat. </p>

<p>Serviti ciorba atat calda, dar eu o prefer rece pentru ca este mai racoritoare. Dupa gust puteti sa mai puneti in ea iaurt sau otet. </p>
