<p>Cand a fiert carnea si a scazut sosul puneti ciupercile. Nu va faceti griji ca nu se va lipi, deoarece ciupercile lasa multa apa si sucul lor va fi baza sosului dumneavoastra. Lasati sa fiarba ciupercile sub capac. Din cand in cand miscati usor de cratita sa nu se lipeasca. </p>

<p>Adaugati apoi o lingura de smantana si daca aveti o gura de vin alb. Asezonati cu sare si piper. Lasati sa fiarba 1-2 minute pana se ingroasa sosul, apoi inchideti ochiul aragazului.</p>
